House lockouts
Being locked out of your own home is stressful, and stress leads to decisions that turn a simple lockout into a repair bill.
Learn moreCar lockouts
Keys on the seat, the trunk shut on your bag, or a fob that died in the parking lot: car lockouts happen to everyone.
Learn moreCommercial lockouts
When staff can't get into the building, every minute costs payroll, sales and goodwill.
Learn moreApartment lockouts
An apartment lockout has one extra layer compared with a house: the building belongs to someone else.
Learn moreLock rekeying
Rekeying changes the inside of a lock so the old keys stop working and a new key takes over.
Learn moreLock repair
Many lock problems can be repaired rather than replaced.

What to do while you wait
- If anyone is in danger, such as a child or pet in a hot car, call 911 first.
- Move somewhere safe and well lit and keep your phone charged.
- Don't force the door or break a window; repairs often cost more than the lockout.
- Have your photo ID ready so we can confirm you live there or own the vehicle.
After a break-in
Once police have finished, we can secure the property the same visit: repair or replace forced locks, reinforce a strike plate and rekey any lock whose key may have been taken. Read more in locksmith emergencies.
Night, weekend and holiday pricing
We tell you the price over the phone before we come out, including any difference for night or holiday work, so there are no surprises when the technician arrives.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you get to me?
It depends on where you are, the time of day and how many calls we have. We tell you an honest arrival window when you call, and call you if anything changes.
Will you damage my lock to get in?
We use non-destructive methods whenever the lock allows. A few high-security or damaged locks need drilling; we tell you before we do it and quote the replacement.
Can you rekey my locks if my keys were stolen?
Yes. If your keys were stolen along with something showing your address, rekeying straight away stops those keys working.
